Amatak Capital Plc. is a microfinance institution established to provide sustainable micro financial servicesto small business owners, micro-entrepreneurs, farmers and low-incomehouseholds whose access to financial resources are limited by theircircumstances. Currently we are looking for strong candidates to fulfill thefollowing position:

1-     JOBTITLE : DigitalMarketing Officer – 1 position

        Location: Phnom Penh, Chamkarmon Branch

        Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri)

        SalaryRange: $300 - $450

Duties & responsibility:

·        DigitalMarketing

o    Assist Sales and Marketing Supervisor in the planningand direct marketing campaigns.

o    Assist Sales and Marketing Supervisor in conductingmarket research to identify trends and insights to optimize marketingstrategies.

o    Monitor and report on the performance of digitalmarketing campaigns using analytic tools.

o    Design creative artworks (Graphic, Poster etc.) topromote company branch and products.

o    Create and manage content for the company’s websiteand social media channels.

o    Be able to use Google Ads Manager (Search Network).

o    Be able to use and manage Tik Tok, Facebook page,(Boost Post, Lead Generation and Facebook Pixel).

o    Provide recommendations and scheduling onlineadvertising.

·        GraphicDesigner

o    Provide technical support in graphic designing.

o    Briefing and advising marketing team on design style,format, print production and timescales for all company’s materials.

o    Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for productillustration, company logos and websites.

o   Perform othertasks assigned by supervisor.

 Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degreeof Marketing or Information Technology, or other related skills

·        1-2 year experiencewith social media such as managing Facebook page, Tik Tok and other relatedchannels.

·        Goodunderstanding of digital marketing concepts and tools and content creating(e.g. social media platforms)

·        Goodinterpersonal skills, Well-organized, dynamic, task management skill, flexible,organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.

·        Good computerliteracy such as Microsoft Office, Artwork and graphic designing program.

·        Willing to learnnew things.
