This helps us verify your nearest branch and service eligibility.
Your location is not stored, tracked, or shared.

1.3 Camera Access

We use the camera to capture:

  • Your national ID photo

  • Your profile photo for identity verification

Photos are used only for loan processing and compliance.
We do not use camera data for tracking or facial recognition outside verification.

1.4 Device Information

We may collect basic device information (model, OS version) to improve app performance and security.

1.5 Loan Application Data

When submitting a loan request, you may provide:

  • Personal details (name, address, date of birth)

  • ID information

  • Income and employment details

  • Supporting documents
